ORANGE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS

Makes approx. 16 balls. Calories per ball: 140; Protein: 5g; Carbs: 14g; Fat: 8g

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup of creamy peanut or almond butter

  • 1.5 TBS raw honey (for this recipe I used orange zest flavored honey)

  • 1/4 cup of Enjoy Life Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

  • Zest of one orange

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

  • Unsweetened shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients together in a bowl, minus the coconut. Using an scoop or spoon, form the batter into evenly sized balls. Roll in shredded coconut and place on a wax sheet lined plate. Place in the fridge for 30 min. to harden. Enjoy!

Note:

With the warmer temperatures, it's suggested to keep these stored in a sealed container in your refrigerator or freezer. If you are not a fan of coconut, you can roll the balls in oats instead.
