Who's ready to tackle this one today? Make sure to complete each circuit for a total of 3 rounds before moving on to the next circuit. For an even greater calorie and fat burn, do not take any rests between exercises and limit your rest period between rounds. Lastly, don't forget to stretch afterwards, take your BCAA's and get in some post-workout fuel such as some Proats: 1/2 cup of cooked oats mixed with 1/2 to 1 scoop of your favorite protein. Post workout your best bet is to always include something that contains a complex carb (oats, quinoa, whole grains) and protein. Pre-workout your best bet is a simple carb with a little fat such as a banana with 1 TBS peanut or almond butter. Got questions? Send me an email!
