It's Thanksgiving week and you know what that means? Food, food and MORE food! This week I'm going to help you to prepare for the holidays and provide some tips and tricks for how not to go overboard with your eating and still stay on track! Along with my tips and tricks I'll be providing daily workouts you can get in each day these week that will take 30 minutes or less. We all have an extra 30 minutes a day to get in a workout, you just have to want to make it happen! Remember your WHY!
