CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: STEPHANIE FISH
Mother, wife, athlete. These are three words that best describe this amazing woman you see flipping this 200lb tire! Stephanie decided she was going to run her first Spartan race last summer, a solo mission all by herself, no team- just her… and she conquered it, and now she’s moving on to tackle even more for 2018! Determined, motivated, inspirational. Three more words to describe what I’ve seen come from her over these past few weeks while doing my 30-Day Challenge and custom nutrition program. Waking up to an email from her that starts off with:
“First let me say, I feel great. Actually I feel better than I have in a looooong time. I think I have way more energy and overall I think this is a lifestyle I can stick to long term. I truly appreciate all your help, encouragement and support! You have no idea what an inspiration you are.”
And ends with her letting me know about her 8” total loss and being able to fit comfortably in a pair of jeans in her first two weeks… PRICELESS!
It’s women just like Stephanie that make me so proud to be a coach. I am truly honored to be along on these life-changing journeys with my clients each and every day and watching them transform mentally and physically right before my eyes. Way to go, Stephanie! You got this girl, AROO!
I coach a wide variety of mothers: full-time working, stay-at-home, single-moms and new moms (let’s not forget about all those dads out there as well!) and one thing they all have in common is their level of commitment to themselves. Within my group we keep each other accountable and support one another. If it takes getting up at 3:45a.m. every day to make sure you’re able to get your workout in, it’s getting done. If it means getting in 10 to 20 minutes in between naps, feeding the kids, or doing laundry… it’s getting done! I even have mothers having their kids doing their workouts along with them! These mothers that I have the honor of working with in my group all have a #noexcuses attitude because they know the importance of taking care of themselves and being those positive role models for their children.
To all those mothers out there who are taking the time to make your health and wellness a priority, I applaud you!
